Another step forward towards Shunting Training for NSB

Transurb received it its premises a Norwegian State Railways (NSB) delegation to review our bespoke training solution in April, which was successfully completed by the signature of the Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT). Our two portable and state-of-the-art Nano Simulators will serve to shunting and signalling training for the Stadler Flirt EMU of the operator.

Metro Simulator delivered in record time in Medellín

After being awarded the contract in December 2017, Transurb has delivered its Compact Simulator to Metro de Medellín in record time considering the scope of the project. Interviewed last week, the Colombian public operator started training its recruits  in the beginning of January thanks to the modern simulation solution.

Mobile, immediate and modern simulators delivered to Euro Cargo Rail France

Our customer, Euro Cargo Rail, the French rail operator subsidiary of Deutsche Bahn, accepted their Nano simulators last month. Thanks to this new acquisition, ECR is now ready to start the training of its new recruits. The key components of Transurb's delivered solution are eight Nano simulators, a Preparation Station and an Observation Station. Two of the eight Nano simulators will be actively travelling to train freight drivers on-site anywhere in France. The remaining 6 simulators will be used in the Euro Cargo Rail Training Centre located in Paris.

The course of our project with SETRAG for the EMD SD40 and GM GT46A Compact Simulators is proceeding according to plans in total co-creation with our customer. Focused on improving the training experience of its students, SETRAG just entrusted Transurb with the integration of Virtual Reality (VR) within the scope of its simulation project.

Greater Anglia’s Training Simulators Installed For Testing

Our project for Greater Anglia (UK) materialized with the installation of two brand-new train driving simulators. In a couple of weeks, trainees will be able to start training thanks to the Full-Mission simulators dedicated to the new rolling stocks that will equip the Greater Anglia Franchise.
