24 ERTMS simulators for TfNSW in Australia

Transurb lands on another continent! Transport for New South Wales is entrusting the development of an ERTMS training solution to us.

The Australian public transport company ordered 24 simulators to train drivers for their Automatic Train Protection system which uses an ETCS Limited Supervision system adapted for the Sydney network. The simulators will play a crucial role in introducing the European train system to Australian drivers.

With this challenging project, Transurb reinforces more than ever its image of excellence when it comes to the design of intuitive simulation solutions dedicated to ERTMS Training.

The signing ceremony and kick-off meeting of the project took place a few weeks ago in Sydney. Both parties are highly motivated to take this project forward and to make it a world-class reference for ERTMS training.

We will be very eager to present you this project in further details once fully delivered, but in the meantime be assured that TfNSW new simulators will incorporate cutting-edge technologies and a brand-new design.
