Transurb training for SNCB/NMBS shunting staff

After its ERTMS Training Program, Transurb’s care for innovation, safety and efficiency still increases by giving another Training Program for the shunting workers of the national railway operator in Belgium, SNCB/NMBS.

The program follows the pedagogical best practices by mixing theory and practical exercices. It aims to give each trainee the knowledge of the shunting operations (including the safety aspect of it) and to enable them to get qualified according legislation and local procedure. Besides, signalling systems for marshalling yards and automation systems for high-capacity train formation yards are addressed as well.
